Claudia Phlips Born in Uccle, Belgium. After studying at the Royal Ballet School of Antwerp she did a six-month project with Europa Danse in Cannes. She joined the Royal Ballet of Flanders under the direction of Kathryn Bennetts in 2007 and became a half soloist. She danced choreographies by William Forsythe, George Balanchine, Jorma Elo, Nicolo Fonte, Alexander Ekman, Márcia Haydée, John Cranko, Edward Clug, André Mesquita, Christian Spuck, Ashley Page, Glen Tetley, Jiří Kylián and worked with Matjash Mrozewski, Jacopo Godani and Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui. She joined the Dresden Frankfurt Dance Company in summer 2015.
