JULIEN BANCILLON

Julien Bancillon studied at the Conservatoire National de Rgion de Lyon and the Conservatoire National Suprieure de musique et de danse de Lyon. He also obtained a diploma of choreography.

During his education he won 2 golden medals and danced several ballets such as: Concero en Who Cares? (George Balanchine), Return to a strange land (Jiri Kylian), Les Sylphides (Michel Fokine) ,..

At Les Ballets de Monte Carlo, where he became soloist in 2004 and principal in 2007, he danced the creations of Jean-Christophe Maillot (ao MenÕs dance, Opus 40, Entrelacs, Caisse Noisette Circus,É.) as well as leading rolls in ballets such as de the father in Belle, the prince in Cinderella, Romo and Benvolio in Romo en Julia,...
